We have half and whole beef options and prefer to handle those over the phone or by email.

Current price: $4.75/ pound hanging weight plus a .875/ pound hanging processing fee.

Price determined by hanging weight (weight of an animal's carcass after it's been slaughtered, but before it's been trimmed)​​
